Your new role To respond to insurance customer enquiries via phone, email and workflow by providing an exceptional client experience, first time, every time.
The role requires knowledge in on-boarding process for clients, relationship building with internal stakeholders and a desire to add value to the conversation by anticipating customer needs beyond their query.
