Patient Management Solution Specialist
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Online Media Sector. Identify quotable activities for Professional Services via the support process Recognise new business requirements from discussions with sales staff and customers at an operational level. Conduct Solution Planning, Estimation and Quotation, Client based project activities, and Functional Training and prepare quotes for clients Provide Implementation and Training based activities Perform and maintain small orders.
This includes the monthly billing cycle, associated reporting and updating all appropriate systems. Provide support to the Professional Services Manager for the resourcing of projects, report production and billing activities Experience in the implementation /support of hospital Patient administration systems Experience with tools such as Office 365, iASSIST, SalesForce and Service Now. Experience in SDLC methodologies such as Agile (preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with client business processes. Experience working with PAS systems Ability to meet tight deadlines for internal and client deliverables Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good negotiation and communication skills. Self-starter with good time management/organizational skills. Ability to work in a remote team environment.
