Integrated Systems Manager
Overview The role of the Audit & Assurance Group is to support senior management in developing robust, relevant and valuable management systems and controls, which can be relied upon.The Integrated Quality Systems Manager is primarily responsible for owning and leading the development, implementation, certification and continual improvement of the integrated management system. This includes the Health and Safety, Environmental, Asset, IT Security and Quality Management System requirements.
Key Responsibilities Managing facilitating and coordinating the development and enhancement of the IMS. This includes ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 55001 and ISO 27001. Integration of processes common to safety, environmental, quality, asset and information security management.
Formal procedural documentation for core business processes, including the management of product / process / service data and compliance risks. Develop and implement internal and external auditing programs to assess compliance with the corporate Integrated Management System and regulatory requirements. Take business ownership of IT tool(s) required to support the corporate Integrated Management System.
Compliance & Reporting Developing and implementing internal and external auditing programs to assess compliance with the integrated management system and regulatory requirements. Monitor corporate Integrated Management System performance through data analysis and producing statistical reports. Participate in the IPART Operational Licence Audit process.
Criteria Degree or post graduate qualifications in Business, Quality or HSE and/or at least five years' experience in a systems/quality assurance management role; ISO or equivalent internal auditing qualifications Lead Auditor Certificate (Desirable) Next Steps Applications, including cover letter and resume, will be accepted via the Apply function of this website.
