A standout opportunity for a Legal Assistant to provide support to two highly regarded Principals within Litigation and Dispute Resolution. About the firm Our client is an Australian top-tier law firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. They provide legal services to corporate and government clients across Australia and internationally.
As a firm, they handle complex transactions and are trusted with high-profile legal work. This position sits within their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Many of the cases they conduct involve multiple parties and novel legal or factual issues.
The position provides support to the team, principally assisting two very senior lawyers and other Lawyers. About the opportunity As Legal Assistant it is your responsibility to provide support with - Diary Management Preparation of court documents in all jurisdictions Preparation of briefs to counsel Liaising with clients, counsel and other parties Attending to e-filing processes Digital dictation Assisting with monthly billing Organising travel, flights and accommodation About you To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a commercial litigation practice.
