Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist (Rheumatology)

Qualified as a medical practitioner, qualifications in speciality areas and current registration and / or eligible for registration as a Rheumatology specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.

All applicants must be awarded SoCP by the THHS Credentialing and SoCP committee. All appointments are subject to maintenance of SoCP within the CSCF for the facilities in which clinical work is to be undertaken Registered with AHPRA with qualifications and advanced training in your Specialist field and recognised by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or eligibility for. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to commencement of clinical duties.

This position may require the incumbent to work at other facilities within the THHS and associated outreach clinics. About your opportunityThis is your opportunity to provide optimal patient care as a Staff Specialist in accordance with the standard of the specialty and the ethics of the profession, including direct clinical supervision and development of junior Medical Staff. Remuneration package of up to $248,022 p.

a. comprising salary range of $86.10 to $109.

16 p.h. (L18-L27), recreational leave loading (17.

5%), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%), attraction and retention incentive allowance, regional and rural attraction allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development assistance (allowances and leave), and inaccessibility allowance (if applicable). Level of appointment is dependent upon experience and advanced qualifications.
