Seeking enthusiastic sales and service candidates to join this global organisation, providing top shelf service and sales solutions to customers. This global organisation is currently seeking an ambitious and self- driven individual to join their Parramatta based team, as an Inbound Sales Consultant. In this role you will proactively identify customer needs and drive new business through targeted campaigns.
With a sales and service culture, the team is also involved in account opening, credit card acquisition, personal loans, and general insurance. Your main responsibilities: Contribute to the front line sales delivery of personal products and service Achieve set referral and sales minimum standards Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products while maintaining customer experience Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards Handle complaints according to Bank Policy and guidelines. To be successful in this role you will need: Enthusiasm and strong desire to join a high performing team Relevant Tertiary qualification (desirable) 1-2 years experience within a service / sales role (contact centre and banking/financial services highly regarded) Experience working towards set targets and demonstrable results Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on a rotating roster between 8am - 7pm M-F What's in it for you?
