About the role Working in Batemans Bay on a Casual basis, you will support clients with disability to live independently, access the community and achieve their goals.
You will provide individualised support and assistance with activities of daily living such as domestic assistance, personal care and community access. Key Responsibilities Assistance with and participation in activities of daily living (including personal care) Maintaining and monitoring person-centred plans Following individual support plans and behaviour support plans where required Documentation and progress note keeping Skills & Experience Certificate III in Disability, Community Services or similar NSW Drivers Licence Current First Aid Certificate Sound computer, written and verbal communication skills Ability to adhere to client support plans and complete documentation Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
