The overall approach is all about team collaboration The senior management team is very friendly and value providing a ''Positive, Safe and Fun" working environment for all to ensure longevity and a happy workplace Due to this positive outlook, the very happy educators ARE full of enthusiasm to focus on quality education for the little learners. Another upside is their huge emphasis in working on positive engagement with the community and with the families within the area.

This role entails what Centre Directors do best, that is in inspiring and training staff in the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, demonstrating the positive practices of respectful relationships with children and maintaining positive relationships with families.
