If you're looking for an exciting change in representing a stunningly beautiful service that has its own leadership academy and is highly resourced with an incredible outdoor area, then this role s for you The Centre Director or Centre Manager will get to be part of a well-established organisation who has an amazing operations manager with long withstanding experience in successfully inspiring the managers to efficiently run long daycare services with low turnover The two newly built services have a very positive vibe and great work culture, they hugely believe that the workplace must be a very supportive working environment which is understandably why there is little staff change Additionally, the facilities are quality built with some of the best equipment that the children LOVE Moreover, plenty of resources to inspire the educator's creativity when programming Due to relocation, the director needs to unfortunately move on, therefore the incredibly supportive and understanding operations manager is looking for the next leaders who have the enthusiasm and driveto support the educators and oversee the daily operations of the medium size services. The overall approach is all about team collaboration The senior management team is very friendly and value providing a ''Positive, Safe and Fun" working environment for all to ensure longevity and a happy workplace Due to this positive outlook, the very happy educators ARE full of enthusiasm to focus on quality education for the little learners. Another upside is their huge emphasis in working on positive engagement with the community and with the families within the area.

This role entails what Centre Directors do best, that is in inspiring and training staff in the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, demonstrating the positive practices of respectful relationships with children and maintaining positive relationships with families.
