Construction Manager - Queensland
exciting new opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to open up the opportunities for a new concept in the Residential Housing market Our client, an exciting "disruptor" in the residential volume building construction game in Victoria over the last 3 years, is now looking to expand in part due to the current economic climate and also provide its unique customer service experience to its existing clients in other states. The company has developed technology to provide slab construction of residential homes with a game-changing reporting capability, ensuring homes are ready for frame stage, and the subsequent drawdowns applicable. With expansion plans underway, we are now looking for an experienced and well-connected Construction Manager in each state/territory to become the next integral part of the small team.
The aggressive expansion plans mean that we are now looking for people throughout Australia including Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney & Perth to create hubs in each capital city and territory. You would be responsible for what goes in in your region with all support and training to come out of the head office located in Ballarat, Victoria. Ideally, You would be someone who has "been there and done that" with one of the volume builders in your state.
You would be highly regarded and well connected from your previous experience/roles, and would be tired of the constant stresses associated with your current role. We are offering very competitive pay and conditions and the other critical element to your success in this role is the importance of the work life balance and the "team first" ethos that the company is founded on. If you are successful in obtaining the role then you would be responsible for new sales from within your existing network of local contacts, as well as the co-ordination of the works each week/month in your region, with administration support from the head office.
