The Opportunity Reporting into the school’s Strategic Communications Lead and the Deputy Dean – Engagement, we are seeking a motivated Partnerships Manager to play an exciting and influential role leading industry partnerships within our new purpose-built digital and data science innovation precinct, Melbourne Connect. You will lead the implementation, activation and evaluation of the strategic partnership agreement and work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the partnership are proactively planned and achieved.

This role is actively involved in partnership activities and relationship building initiatives, ensuring that activities are delivered on time and to budget, as well as providing regular updates and reports on the progress of partnership activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your client management skills to a role that will deliver positive outcomes for both the University and industry Your Profile You will be experienced in leading commercial partnerships in a complex organisation with a proactive approach to identify issues and opportunities to enhance performance. Your outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships will ensure your success in this role.

You Will Have Post graduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate others to deliver activities coupled with effective written and verbal communication. A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering to stakeholder needs, proactively problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.
