Director, Business Product & Customer Value Management
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Telecommunications Sector. Manage all aspects of the existing customer base management strategy, from sales to the base and revenue optimisation, to retention and loyalty program management, all with the dual objectives of maximising profitability (in year and longer term) and customer experience to drive genuine loyalty Accountable for key value levers, including subsidy, and cost to acquire, service and retain, and manage the strategy, analytics and campaign build execution Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills to work across a matrixed environment, with multiple stakeholders and a variety of agendas Ability to work accurately under time pressures; and ability to work independently with minimal direction in an environment with frequently changing business needs Exercise considerable judgement in development of methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results High requirement for flexibility in this role, and the need to be informed across a large quantity of initiatives and information. Must be a self-motivated.
