Performance & Reward Manager
This is a great opportunity to work for a market leading global manufacturing business as it enters in to an exciting period of change and evolution. An initial 6 month contract requiring a quick start, there is a strong likelihood of extension or permanency for the right candidate. Working in a stand alone capacity but as part of a broader HR team, you will lead, execute and deliver the organisation's remuneration & benefits strategy here in Australia, whilst working with your overseas counterparts to ensure global consistency.
Working both directly with the business and through your HR peers, you will use your knowledge and technical expertise to provide consultative services which are consistent with business requirements. Key areas of focus over the next 6 months will be delivery of the annual Performance and Reward process, including management of both STI and LTI plans. You will also have input in to the reward strategy for the following year as well as providing Board insights and reports.
An experienced Reward professional with experience working in ASX listed organisations, you bring good depth across the key technical areas of remuneration, including LTI, STI and employee share plans. Experience delivering the annual salary review process is essential, whilst Board exposure and the confidence working with executive level stakeholders would be highly beneficial. The ability to flex between strategic and operational activities will be critical, as will the ability to work within a fast paced, solutions focused environment.
