Description Facilitating BAU processing of fortnightly payroll for approximately 1,500 staff across 2 entities, plus a fortnightly ad-hoc run · Checking and validation of payroll · Salary packaging · Ensuring adherance to and accurate interpretation of 3 EA's and the 8 awards that underpin these . Manual calculations for allowances, deductions, shift loading, adjustments etc.
Profile . Demonstrated success in a complex payroll function - manual processing and calculations, multiple agreements / awards, multi-entity/multi-site organisation, allowances, deductions et . Success using Chris21 or iChris OR · Systems savvy/ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively .
