Exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian retailer as the National Service Manager responsible for service, maintenance and repairs across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. Client Details A market leading and well-trusted home appliance retailer with multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand. Description The National Service Manager is responsible for multiple state-level Service Managers and Service Technicians within each Service Centre.
Key to the role is improve existing repair, service and maintenance functions, develop the service team and drive profitability. Key responsibilities include: Provide strategic leadership across the service department Process optimisation and improvement Implement, improve and measure KPIs in relation to performance Manage internal teams and external stakeholders Long-term strategic planning of the department Profile The successful applicant will have strong people management skills, strategic thinking and a track record of process improvement. Key requirements include: Experience managing service teams at a national level Experience in appliances/electronic products highly desirable Hands-on approach to management Safety first mindset Qualified Electrician highly advantageous Job Offer The opportunity to join a leading Australian retailer in a business leadership position.
