Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in Australia. They are on the lookout for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for managing an efficient maintenance program for the building, plant and equipment within the hospital / facility. The position will ensure a structured approach is undertaken to meet accreditation standards relevant to the maintenance / engineering service as well as overseeing the identification of assets, testing of electrical equipment, the fire board, participating in Emergency Codes and grounds maintenance.

The main duties of this role will be: Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management Occupational Health & Safety Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements Ensure building codes and regulations and working within budget Management of contractors, risk, safety, and compliance policies Internal and external stakeholder management To be considered for this role: Trade Qualification General building maintenance experience Fire Board training Electrical tagging certificate Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) Exceptional Customer Service Experience in Healthcare is a plus Salary Package: $80 - $82k super If the above describes your key skills and experience, please apply or email Renata Farah at for more information..
