The objective of this role is to ensure that the IT infrastructure and online services of our client operate securely, efficiently and comply with disaster recovery requirements. Participate in projects to provide new or updated services, develop and maintain documentation of the client's systems and infrastructure and contribute to the continuous improvement of the services they provide.

To be considered for this role you are the following person, Have highly developed interpersonal skills Capacity to communicate at all levels The ability to implement and support private and public cloud infrastructure Experience at providing operational support and structured problem solving for IT infrastructure across a range of technologies Good understanding of infrastructure technologies and concepts that include, VMware, Windows Server, and Desktop, Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory, backup, disaster recovery, networking, monitoring, alerting, cybersecurity and Linux is desirable The skills you will need to be successful in this role are as follows, Experience supporting systems and infrastructure technologies Comprehensive knowledge of server hardware operations systems, virtualization, storage, networking, Microsoft enterprise products, cybersecurity, and business software Current Victorian Drivers Licence Knowledge of ITIL is required, certification highly desired Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and/or GCP is desirable To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
