TERRITORY MANAGEMENT/SALES ROLE FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION WELL KNOWN BRANDS - HEALTH AND BEAUTY INDUSTRY Are you a well presented and motivated sales professional/Territory Manager who knows how to maximise sales within their client base and develop new business opportunities? If you have recent experience gained in the beauty and health industry and are seeking a new full time permanent position with a leading Northern Beaches distribution company then this could be the role for you The Company This Northern Beaches based company is a leading distributor of many brand name products. They are passionate about the level of service they provide to their customers and they place great emphasis on maintaining a solid relationship with their clients. They achieve this through regular visits and contact with their client base and also by providing a consistently high level of service.

The Position In this busy and varied role you will be out on the road visiting existing client stores and meeting with new prospective clients. Your primary territory will be around the Northern Beaches and North Shore and you will also enjoy on occasion travelling to regional NSW to visit some clients in your regional territory. On a day to day basis your duties will involve: Calling on existing clients to discuss performance (sales) of existing products within established brands in the store Introducing any new products within existing and new brands for the client to display and sell.

Using your well developed sales skills to identify and develop new business opportunities with brand new customers Recording your client call cycle and the results achieved (orders taken and product sold) within your territory with existing clients and any newly developed opportunities. The Successful Candidate To excel in this great Territory Management position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: Strong planning and organisational skills Highly Developed Communication and influencing skills A passion for sales and a genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics products A high level of commitment to delivering a high level of service to clients. An understanding of merchandising, core ranging and planograms Previous experience in Pharmacy sales is essential Be self motivated with a proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and achieve great results A high level of teamwork, This organisation prides itself on team work so you will also need to be able to work well in a team environment The ability to travel to meet with regional clients for one week approximately every two months.
