Head of Sales & Marketing | Property | $200K We are looking for a superstar to Head the Sales & Marketing team of a top tier Property Development organisation in Melbourne's CBD. To be considered, you must have both Residential and Commercial property experience. In this role you will support the delivery of high quality managerial sales and marketing functions, for a large residential and commercial property portfolio.
You will lead and support a sales and marketing team, while reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. The role is also expected to contribute to the delivery of high quality sales and marketing plans. Your daily duties will include: Oversee company’s sales and marketing programs Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives Develop and implement pricing, promotion, product launches, etc Plan and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for areas of responsibility that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements Provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales and marketing efforts Manage sales and marketing budget Achieve all financial and operational KPIs for assigned sales and marketing goals To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: 5 years’ experience within a Property Developer environment in the sales and marketing activities A proven track-record of relevant achievements in the relevant fields Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function Proven ability to think and act strategically – outside-the-box; and to approach business-as-usual differently driving tangible residential and commercial results Strong proven ability to reach sales and marketing targets Strong communicator (written and verbal), collaborator and facilitator, who is able to bring out the best across internal teams, agencies and business partners Strong working knowledge of Sales Force will be highly regarded; Strong computer skills, including Excel, building and delivering presentations; Experience working within the residential and commercial markets an advantage Demonstrate strong leadership and management capacities and able to manage all internal team members with different backgrounds and skillset levels.
