General Adult Psychiatry working within a public service Salary ranging between $335,000 to $400,000 base plus extras and packaging Start date flexible in 2020 BluePrint Medical has a substantive appointment available for a Consultant Psychiatrist keen to live in or near Perth. The role is working with a growing service working in General Adult Psychiatry. There would be junior support and an experienced mental health team behind you.

Salaries are as per the AMA Industrial Agreement 2016 with the base salary ranging from $335,000 to $400,000 (including Private Practice bonus). Additional benefits include: Salary packaging Superannuation (mandatory 9.5%) On call allowance Recall allowance Higher duty penalties Weekend, shift work and public holiday penalties (120%-250%) Overtime meal allowance Long service leave (13 weeks every 10 years, then every 7 years) Parental leave (14 weeks paid, 52 weeks total for the primary care giver only) Annual leave (4 weeks/20 days) Deferred Salary Scheme Public holiday leave (10 days) Sick leave (80 hours) Office bearers leave (5 days).
