The Australian Head Office is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne where parking is available on site. What's great about this role? This is a wonderful opportunity for a health care professional to join this organisation on a 3 day per week basis. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader the purpose of this role is to provide outbound customer service support directly to clients that have an Ostomy or Continence need at every stage of the journey.
These calls will be made to people who have asked for assistance or via their nurse. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams and key customers/nurses to make life more rewarding and dignifying for people who use their products and services. An attractive salary and working conditions are on offer What you will be doing The key responsibilities include : · Oubound calls to patients enrolled in customer programs · Develop and maintain a customer relationship with key nursing contacts · Use clinical guides and tools to support customers · Ensure all sample orders are processed accurately · Handle and resolve queries and complaints · Educate on product features and benefits What you can offer · Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and holding a current registration · Available to work 3 days per week · Experience with working with patients to educate and assist with health needs · Experience with CRM programs, ideally Salesforce · High level of empathy , self awareness and energy · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Works collaboratively within a team environment How to move forward To register your interest in this position, please send your resume in Word Format to Chorus Executive..
