The positions are full time, $50-$70K a year salary depending on the experience and the position. In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must: - Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible - Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guide lines - Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards - Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service - Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met - Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade To be successful for this role you will possess the following: - Minimum of three years post qualification experience in prep and a la carte essential (Lunch & Dinner) - Appropriate trade qualifications - Experience in fast paced, service and quality focused venues - Guest orientated and passionate about food - Sound knowledge of food hygiene practices - The ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detail - Excellent interpersonal skills, relatively good English communication skills - Happy to work split shifts - Possess a positive attitude and work well as a part of the team Start End of COVID-19 Restrictions PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME & THE SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED SOON..
