Our client is a Large International Hotel Group seeking a talented C & E Operations Manager to join their team. The successfull candidate will have a proven track record in Leading 5 Star International Hotels with experience in Large high Quality C & E Operations with the following requirements: A Proven track record as C & E Operations Manager Experience in 5 Star International Hotels Expert in C & E & F & B Operations Experience with large scale Banqueting and Events Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Labour planning & Scheduling Trainer and mentore Quality Controll Sound Leadership & Management skills Budgeting & Forecasting Excellent Planning & Organisation skills Flexibility to work long & irregular hours Passion & vision Creativity and the ability to think of your feet Time management & multi-tasking skills Exceptional level of personal presentation Attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the Hotel Group Please provide a copy of your resume in word format, at least two current references and photo.
