About the Role Working for a family owned business with a friendly and supportive team of 50 in the wider organisation. You will lead a team of 3 diesel technicians and 4 apprentices.
Complete autonomy and ownership of your workshop. Servicing, Retail, Warranty, Installation, Start up and Pre-delivery of agricultural machinery in a dealership. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with 7.
00am starts. A management hourly rate or salary will be negotiated for the right person dependant on skills and experience. You will arrange for your team to work an after-hours roster and be available to take their calls.
You will be provided with a company ute for personal and work use, fully maintained by the business, at no cost to you. Manage your team but also be hands on if needed. Some travel to clients may be required from time to time within SA and NT.
