Job Description Based in the clients head office this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in this autonomous role. You'll be supporting a driven, dynamic team within a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Administer Accounts Payable and Receivable functions relating to rent, taxes and other property expenses.

Manage payment queries, complete account reconciliations and resolve payment disputes. Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. Issuing of insurance certificate of currency where required Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
