Head of Sales - Mainstream Grocery - Food & Beverage



We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.  Drive & monitor sales and operational budgets, analyse sales statistics to forecast sales targets and consumer trends; Monthly sales reporting on key KPIs; Drive sales forecast down to a SKU level; Regular communication of progress and reporting sales performance to the MD and Board of Directors.     A min.

10 years relevant senior management experience in the food retail industry; Exceptional business acumen and leadership skills; Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation, time management and organisational skills; Effective problem solving skills with the capability of developing solutions to increase efficiency & improve service delivery to customers; Experience in working with various stakeholders at a corporate level and have the flexibility to relate to SME's; Proficient at using computers and the required applications     .
