The Enterprise team typically ‘plays’ in the 1000 user plus seat market segment. This is a rich part of the Australian market, and a space where cloud computing (SaaS) is becoming ever more prevalent and as such the Mimecast proposition resonates well. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts.

Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have sales and technical experience that enables them to engage at the CXO level as well as with Senior IT Stakeholders and IT specialists. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory plan and consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating new business. A good understanding of the corporate technology stack as well as cloud computing will be beneficial. A strong work ethic is vital in this competitive market place.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced, agile but well structured sales environment that has proven to be effective in other regions. Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual new business targets Work closely with Channel Partners to drive new business and support their requirements from the partnership Develop and execute against sales activity plan in order to achieve the agreed targets Build and maintain relationships with new business prospect Business Administration –manage the reporting of the KPI’s and general CRM housekeeping Sign up to and execute against a set of end to end sales methodology and processes Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills Within this corporate IT environment, you will be required to have: Minimum 5 years IT sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Networking preferable - IT Sales essential) Proven new business sales achievement against target Ideally with experience of both Direct & In-Direct sales roles. Proven success in Australian Enterprise Market Understanding of solution selling and/or Challenger Sales methodology Understanding of Corporate IT teams and.
