We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The IT Sector. Create the strategic vision for the ANZ business identifying opportunities, risks, capacity required and converting that into an executable plan. Ensure that planning, budgeting, staffing, performance, and reporting of all business operations are maintained at an optimal level to allow for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver on a strategy to achieve quantum leap growth via the channel. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives; manage and control sales pipelines, funnel and sales processes, sales reporting. Work closely with the other functions, locally and internationally to apply the right resources to achieve positive technical, services and support outcomes that meet internal and external needs.
10 years of management and sales experience in cyber security, cloud or adjacent technology areas. You are an inspiring leader who is able to formulate clear strategy and develop tactical execution road maps for your team to execute on. As a natural collaborator you enjoy enrolling stakeholders into your plan and are natural tuned into "win/win" outcomes.
You are commercially astute and decisive,resulting in sound investment decisions and resource allocation. You have the ability to communicate thought leadership around cyber security and the solutions that enable organisations to protect, detect and re-mediate threats. You will be a proven talent magnet with expertise in building and growing great talent committed to developing our talent in the organisation.
