Responsibilities Join a leading global risk and human capital management advisory firm Remuneration package range of $65K – 75k The Opportunity Join our successful Sydney based Reward team who help organisations create rewarding and successful workplaces by ensuring their employees are paid the right amount, and in the right way, to drive the right performance. We do this by leveraging our market leading data, insights and solutions to help our clients optimise their total reward programs. As a Remuneration Analyst , part of our Tech and Life Sciences Reward team, you will assist in providing data, advice and market intelligence to improve the performance of companies operating in the technology and life sciences industries.

Your responsibilities will include: Initial follow up for late remuneration data submissions Thorough audits of submitted data files, as per the automated data checking process Direct client contact to ensure all data queries are corrected and, or validated Survey production preparation, including the finalising and uploading of files into production Ensuring clients understand and can maximise their usage of our market remuneration products and services Help clients understand market trends and apply the information we provide to solve problems Identify opportunities to identify new products and solutions for existing clients Initial review and check of all remuneration survey production outputs Preparation of all material for Survey Committee meetings, including initial review and investigation of visible survey results issues Proactive contribution to the survey changes process – including suggesting new job families, role profiles, remuneration components etc. with a view to both insightful analysis and relevant market coverage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of survey changes related files About you You’re comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and you’re ready to a step into a role that combines technical work and client interaction. To be successful you will have: A bachelor’s degree majoring in a relevant field such as Statistic, Mathematics or Finance Practical analytical and data manipulation experience Statistical/Processing experience in finance, psychology or related field High technical literacy, advanced Excel Knowledge of statistical principles Solid communication skills (verbal and written) Relationship management strengths About Aon With close to 1600 employees, we are the largest organisation of our kind in Australia.
