Resident Hotel Duty Managers, Daintree We are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager with a passion for hospitality and customer service with experience in Bar, Kitchen, Reception, housekeeping, and Maintenance to join our fun loving and hardworking team. This is a hands-on position. Must have excellent communication, good manners, organization skills, problems solver, enjoy working with people, work under stress and be good budget managers.

Duties Include: Management of all aspects of the property covering Bar, Kitchen, reception, reservation, tour sales, housekeeping, Accommodation, Grounds and Maintenance. Computer skills, bookkeeping, using Bluize POS System and Site minder Overseeing all aspects of the work including housekeeping, general repair skills, gardening and maintenance Supervising staff, Guest arrivals & departures, Stock control & rotation, Offering excellence in customer service Daily and weekly report preparation and reporting directly to the Hotel Owners Ideal Candidate: You will have strong hospitality experience and the ability to work with and lead the hotel team. Ability to work unsupervised.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures. Have a stable work history & excellent work-related reference. Have excellent work ethic and a Can-Do Attitude.
