Join a boutique tier 3 builder who specialise in the construction of commercial projects on a 3 month contract COMPANY: A national, award winning, Australian Construction Company with capabilities across construction, development & refurbishment projects. The business is best known for the delivery of high quality and intricate commercial projects across the Education, Retail, Health, aged care and apartment market sectors. This multi-disciplined main contractor is led by a high calibre senior management team; experienced across both development and delivery for some of Melbourne’s most recognised top tier builders.
ROLE: They are looking for a Contract Administrator to work on a commercial extension project, with a focus on delivering internal fit outs, on a 3 month contract. Potential for long-term opportunity if contract delivers well. Duties include: Preparation of subcontract packages Reviewing, negotiating and finalising contracts Managing sub-contract schedules and the processing of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts Managing and tracking project expenditure Liaise with sub-contractors Ordering materials and equipment Assess and process progress claims YOU: A tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering 3 years’ experience working as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder Excellent time management DC experience essential Very good written and verbal communication Appropriate IT skills – Cheops preferred To find out more information on this role, or other opportunities, please contact Ella on 0402 114 911 or email at e.
