The purpose of this role is to support the Case Manager by providing up-to-date technical guidance on the Insurance for NSW scheme.

The Insurance for NSW Scheme provides a range of insurance cover and services for participating Government ‎agencies such as NSW Police, Fire & Rescue NSW and Department of Health. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide regular training to Case Managers, Team Leaders & other Specialists on changes to legislation Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures Actively seeking coaching and mentoring opportunities to improve the overall knowledge base of Case Managers, Team Leaders & other specialists Act where appropriate as an escalation point within the Business Unit ABOUT YOU Strong technical experience within claims management (particularly in the relevant jurisdiction) Experience in the Workers Compensation industry managing claims within all or most claims management segments Extensive experience within coaching and mentoring WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
