Tasks that you may be responsible for include: Providing support to customers in a call centre environment Answering high-volume inbound calls Responding to customer requests in a timely manner Following up with customers via phone and email Escalating necessary cases Continuously improving their service and operations by taking initiative to identify, analyse and eliminate issues.
