NSW Account Manager- Aftersales
Exciting opportunity for a results-driven and accomplished Sales Professional to join a dynamic and innovative business- Based in Singleton, NSW We are currently seeking a client focussed sales professional with a passion for providing high quality customer service, for our industry leading client based in Singleton. The organisation provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for the mining, oil & gas and industrial sectors, with highly specialised products and services in high demand throughout the globe. About the role: You will support the organisation in achieving profitable annual growth in sales by increasing market share across all product/service categories and industry sectors.
You will be pivotal to the business through the effective implementation of aftermarket services for new and existing clients in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: â€¢ Maintaining existing accounts, tracking performance and ensuring that customers are receiving the best return on investment â€¢ Resolving issues or problems that may arise following the introduction of a new product or service, while pro-actively promoting high-quality solutions. â€¢ Introducing new products/solutions to market, along with freshly developed offerings â€¢ Educating and working to implement new ways in which customers can improve product and services usage â€¢ Regular attendance at corporate events to promote products and services Essential Skills & Experience: â€¢ Minimum five years sales experience in Mining, Manufacturing and Industrial markets â€¢ Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter highly beneficial â€¢ Practical, hands-on approach with a â€˜can-doâ€™ attitude.
