About your new role · Establish relationships with new customers and secure new Memberships · Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales · Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales · Conduct a fact find with new prospects to uncover pain points and business challenges so you can provide appropriate solutions. Ask questions of our prospects, listen, and help them by matching solutions · Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover your territory · Report on sales activity on prospect and customer interactions within the CRM system · Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns · Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to members by tailoring company offerings · As a peak industry body, you will understand the importance of protecting the brand Please ONLY apply to this position if YOU are a high achiever To be successful in this role you need: · Strong B2B sales experience within a “hunter” style role · Be very capable of finding prospects and engaging them · A superior connector and communicator, easily build trust and rapport · Achieve sales & market share growth in line with business plans and budgets · Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment · Be comfortable with the changing demand of the market place · You are an energetic, well-presented and vibrant person · You will be required to possess the following traits: resilience, self-driven, and perseverance · You will need to be coachable and willing to follow their sales system · Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and good written skills · Responsible and accountable for your.
