The Position The role of the Claims Officer is to provide efficient claims administration to ensure that injured workers receive fair and accurate compensation in accordance with relevant legislation. Reporting directly to a Team Manager additional responsibility include: Upload all relevant data and information into Gallagher Bassett and Return to Work SA systems in a timely manner Providing high quality customer service by actively listening, showing empathy and recognising the needs of the worker and employer Booking appointments and referrals with medical providers Processing invoices in timely manner Ensure accurate and timely data entry for determinations and payments, with a particular focus on compliance with legislation.
