Executive Assistant - APS 3 to APS 6 - Temporary Employment Register 2019
Duties The Executive Assistant Temporary Employment register is open to candidates to submit an expression of interest for employment within the Department of Home Affairs specifically as an Executive Assistant at the APS 3 to APS 6 level. The register enables us to access potential candidates with Administrative or Executive Assistant experience at short notice for non-ongoing or temporary vacancies. Your registration will remain active until 31 January 2020. After this time you will need to submit a new expression of interest by reapplying. Eligibility To be eligible to work in the Department, you must: â€¢be an Australian Citizen; â€¢obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance; â€¢obtain and maintain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC); and â€¢pass a medical and fitness assessment, if required.
Applicants who have taken a voluntary redundancy from an APS Agency may be restricted from subsequent APS employment.
