Our care and support services deliver high quality care to people in their homes, in our independent living units, our retirement apartments and aged care residential sites, with services tailored to their individual needs.” About You An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Allied Health Assistant to work within our Day Therapy Centre assisting the onsite Physiotherapist.

We are seeking flexible candidates willing to fill in shifts as required and cover periods of leave. You will primarily be involved in the implementation the pain management program implementing heat and exercise therapy. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role in a Health or Aged Care related industry and are qualified in Health or Community Services.

The successful candidate must have proven computer and Microsoft Office skills and clear spoken and written English skills, together with a strong customer service focus and a pro-active attitude. Key Requirements Conduct group activities and individual treatments as allocated Preparation of therapy areas, equipment, and materials Inspecting and maintaining mobility aids for safety and function Escorting and transporting residents to individual sessions or groups Reliability and an ability to implement caseload under supervision Strong interest in Aged Care with proven Aged Care experience Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices Strong computer documentation and communication skills Smart Phone and Home Internet are essential About Us We are an established and highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider of Aged Care Services across the Residential, Home Care and Retirement Living sectors.
