Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Subaru , Kia , Mitsubishi, Jeep, Volkswagen and Isuzu Ute to name a few. Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites which have shown impressive growth year on year and due to this continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rothwell dealership supporting the Subaru and Kia brands. In joining the Keystar team, the successful candidate will be part of an exciting team culture that is build around trust, collaboration, high performance and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to our valued customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Creating excitement and passion around our products particularly the Subaru and Kia brands Ensuring that your monthly KPI's are achieved Identifying our customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs. Providing exceptional product knowledge to our customers Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it’s products and services Partnering with the Wholesale Manager, Business Managers and Aftermarket Consultants to ensure that out customers are offered the most exceptional customer experience.

To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements Demonstrated sales experience (preferable with new car experience) and a high level of Customer Service Ideally be an out of the box thinker and passionate about delivering results Professional, hungry and motivated to succeed Prepared to push the boundaries beyond the set KPI's Have the ability to be autonomous whilst working within Company guidelines Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets Have a positive and ambitious mind-set with a willingness to achieve results Have the ability to build trusting and long lasting relationships with customers and team members Be pro-active in identifying opportunities to increase sales and leads Display strong negotiation and closing skills Current Drivers licence Current QLD Sales licence Ideally this position is suited to someone who wants a successful career within the automotive industry and is not afraid of working hard.
