Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Creating excitement and passion around our products Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs. Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products. To be successful in this role you will: Have previous experience and success in a customer facing role Be organised and professional at all times, with a can do attitude. Follow established business processes and standards.
Ensure well presented floor and display stock. Be able to multitask and manage a high volume of customers. Passionate about selling Have a strong track record and reputation in high performance, Be willing to do whatever it takes to get the result The person we are looking for will be customer focused, have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
You will possess a positive attitude and be well presented. Experience in high volume car sales is essential.
