The opportunity: Toll Global Freight Forwarding business is a progressive International Freight Forwarding organisation that is paving the way with ongoing service excellence for a growing client base.
Continuous growth in business ensures the success of the organisation and therefore we require an individual who is commercially astute and can offer support to the Senior Client Services. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position offers an opportunity to an individual who is enthusiastic about the international freight forwarding industry. Key responsibilities include; Co-ordinate customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery Ensure adherence to customer agreed service levels and value add services Update clients regarding order status including delays Respond to customer enquiries in a timely professional manner Contribute to customer retention by addressing and resolving service issues Develop and manage ongoing client relationships To be successful in this role you will display; Well-developed customer service skills Excellent knowledge of the freight forwarding industry Proven relationship management and influencing skills Excellent communication skills with a highly service orientated approach On Offer; Opportunity to be a member of a service orientated end to end supply chain solutions provider Fabulous working conditions in a corporate environment Why work at Toll Group?
