Description Your responsibilities will include: Provide assistance across all office leadership and consultant teams; including expenses for staff Sort and distribute mail Managing invoices and receipts Manage Travel System to support self-booking Answering telephone enquiries Filing documents New employee set up assistance to support manager on boarding progra Organising internal and external even Event / Room Set up and clean up after office events / large session Ordering stationary Emails, telephone messages, voicemail, faxes, mail, other messages Profile To be considered for this position, applicants should have the following experience: Ability to remain flexible by working through different teams and responsibilities Willingness to learn and engage in new activities Strong work ethic Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills Clear and concise communication with internal and external members Takes initiative to complete set tasks Experience in SAP Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suites such as Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel Job Offer Work close to home Career progression Flexibility To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
