The Enterprise Accelerated Business Growth Business comprises of approximately 90 staff and 5 Partners dedicated to developing integrated solutions aimed at supporting the growth ambitions of our clients. We work with the client to understand their unique situation, before offering holistic solutions that enable them to reach their potential. Within this team our High Growth Ventures group have start-up backgrounds and as a result have established networks within the industry and are active members of the ecosystem.

Whilst the R&D team have experience in extracting tax savings from technology based improvements to processes, products and services that are often overlooked as they occur outside traditional product development or R&D departments. We have newly created role and an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Manager/Senior Manager to manage the operations of Enterprise ABG, providing support to David Gelb, the National Service Line Lead (SLL) Enterprise ABG. The purpose of this role is to drive financial performance and minimise administrative burden on SLL/Partners to maximise their time on strategic and client focused activities.

You will spend majority your time focusing on finance, reporting and operations for the Service Line and the remainder on varied activities relating to leadership, strategy and people/resourcing. Your Opportunity Key responsibilities include: Assist in developing the SL strategy and business plan, including on-going review of execution of national initiatives Co-ordination and preparation of papers for key leadership meetings Drive client profitability and cost control Annual budgeting Forecasting, to meet forecasting requirements of the Firm and / or the Division and / or the NSLL Ent ABG. Review and analyse weekly/ monthly financial results Monitor performance and follow-up of WIP and debtors Liaising with the leadership of teams within the other Enterprise SL’s and the Firm in general in respect of common initiatives across all divisions How are you Extraordinary? Possess superior problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
