My client, a global organisation whose products and services impact people's lives across the world day to day, are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for a position located in Melbourneâ€™s South Eastern suburbs. In your role, you will be responsible for the Coordination and Administration support for a small team of Technicians servicing the Victorian region while you report into the Regional Service Manager. Your daily duties will include but are not limited to: Coordination and prioritization of Technicians jobs Customer quotes and maintaining job order flow Invoice and order processing Set up for new credit requests Customer database maintenance Maintaining strong relationships and follow up with customers Data entry and ad hoc admin where required Qualities and attributes that are highly regarded include: Time Management/prioritizing skills Strong computer literacy skills, especially within service-related software packages Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal Attention to detail and a good geographic knowledge of Victoria 5 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar role, Coordinating or Scheduling Technicians Mel Konrad Senior Recruitment Business Partner Let's Connect https://www.
