Site Administrator - FIFO Role
Immediate start for an ongoing FIFO Site Admin assignment with a large scale mining firm based out in Perth Airport. Client Details My client are a business size of 400 staff located at the Perth Airport in the mining industry. This role is on a 3:1 roster and will require someone to commence immediately.
Description Responsible for all aspects of site admin including scheduling, bookings, data entry, records maintenance and reporting First contact point for all project queries for internal and external customers Planning, scheduling, mobilisation and travel arrangements for external training provider site delivery Booking and scheduling off-site training including registration and payment On boarding of new Training Dept personnel including roster set up and management, travel, PPE and IT access Creation of SAP reports (current, non-compliance, area/competency specific) for weekly reporting and on request Account management of vendor PRs/POs including creation, maintenance, reconciliation and receipting via Ariba and SAP Purchasing for the department including stationery, office equipment, PPE, printing, signage, vehicle hire, etc. Assistance to site Superintendents and Supervisors for all training needs and enquiries Profile Extremely strong communication skills and delivering messages in a clear and confident manner High level written skills and ability to format documents through several platforms Basic understanding of accounts duties Bright and bubbly interpersonal skills and keen and enthusiastic to learn Minimum 2 years site admin experience in the mining industry is ideal Job Offer Immediate start Fantastic corporate offices High energy and positive work space To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
