Support Specialist (Dynamics NAV)
One of Australia's leading employers is in the final stages of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation. As part of this implementation they need an experienced Support Specialist to be the central point of contact relating to any Dynamics NAV ticket requests that come through. The role will commence next week initially for 6-months with a very likely extension thereafter based in Brisbane's CBD.
As a Support Specialist you will help administrate Microsoft Dynamics NAV, associated systems and support end users with a strong focus on providing an outstanding user experience. About the Role Administrate Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SQL, file server, associated systems and support end users; Co-ordinator with vendors for issue escalation and development; Support IT helpdesk in times of high load; Provide helpdesk support for NAV user issues and other network issues; Escalate issues to vendors and co-ordinate for resolution; Maintain required documentation for issues, development and training; Enforce security standards across all systems; and Engage actively in self-study to keep up with industry trends. About You High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products; Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems; Knowledge of Active Directory; Experience administrating Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Experience maintaining SQL databases; Experience with Windows 7, 8, or 10; Excellent troubleshooting skills; and Ability to excel and remain agile in a fast-paced work environment.
