We are looking for fine dining Commis & CDP's Work for a hatted venue on the beautiful south coast Train under a celebrity chef with a team of over 30 years experience ABOUT THE CLIENT The client we are working for is an award winning hatted restaurant and hotel on the south coast. They have been around for many years now and put together by celebrity chef's. With over 3 venues now the company is rapidly expanding in amazing locations and they are looking to expand their team further.
With accommodation provided at heavily discounted rates and a team you won't want to ever leave, apply now ABOUT THE ROLE The role we are looking to fill is for a number of second to third year apprentices as well as some Chef De Parties. There are above award salaries on offer and the opportunity to work at a hatted restaurant. The cost of relocating will not be covered however accommodation is provided at the venue for $120 a week.
The restaurant is very fine dining however attached is also a casual bistro and the hotel. Positions are available in both venues.
