Loyalty Campaign Lead



Your role as Loyalty Campaign Lead will be responsible for the development, creation and execution of end-to-end David Jones Rewards campaigns. You will create campaign plans, timelines and customer segmentation plans to then brief into key internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a strong data driven marketing skillset, who is process oriented and who has an ability to prioritize conflicting timelines.

What does the role involve? Oversee the development and execution of campaigns related to David Jones Rewards program Provide insight and guidance into the creative process for Rewards campaigns Work closely with the BI and Insights team to measure campaign performance Collaborate with core business units to drive new innovation within Rewards campaigns Work with the wider team to ensure all offers are set up correctly and that EDMs have been designed and built in accordance with briefs What are we looking for? Demonstrated experience in a CRM, Data Driven Marketing and/or Campaign role Experience working with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Relevant degree qualification in business, marketing or commercial discipline Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines Exposure working within the retail, FMCG or financial services industry will be advantageous Why work for us?
