All profits go towards supporting ParaQuad’s community programs. About the Role An exciting new opportunity is now available with BrightSky Australia. We are currently seeking experienced Customer Care Consultants to join our team in our Newington office, NSW.

You will be reporting into the National Customer Operations Manager and will be responsible for looking after our increasing customer base by performing a complete range of tasks required in a Customer Care environment. You will be actively welcoming customers/ clients in a warm and pleasant manner, either face-to-face or by responding promptly to inbound calls and email enquiries, as well as placing orders. We aim to provide high quality service standards to all customers, both internal and external, by ensuring orders and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

About You The role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge, has an eye for detail, can multitask, is solutions driven and has the ability to look outside the box. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
