Description Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: This is a varied admin role in a small yet professional office. Ensuring emails are monitored, read and actioned in a timely way Internal and external event organising Setting up conferences and managing meeting rooms Managing work load to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely way HR Management Recruitment, advert posting, interviewing and referencing Onboarding of new employees Assisting with project files and documentation Project management assistance of large projects/deals Assisting with marketing Ordering of office materials such as stationary Management of office facilities Profile Previous Administration and HR Administration experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work with clients from a wide spectrum of industries Advanced in MS Office Suite Be Team Focused - Willing to help others Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong IT Skills Be comfortable working in a small, friendly and fairly quiet office (office of approx.
