Team Leader - Adhesives Technologies
Your new company who is world leader in adhesives technolgies is looking for team leader to manage a team of 6. The primary purpose of the team is to provide technical customer service support to customer for line audits, product trials & troubleshooting and to conduct and monitor laboratory testing RESPONSIBILTIES: Manage the technical enquiries (TIS) from end users, distributors and sales staff relating to products and equipment with the following aims: Managethe technical service request (TSR) & conduct and monitor laboratory testing; reports results and related recommendations to sales staff and/ or customers Drivethe project priority based on the business and projects. Managethe request for total solutions equipment, including BOM, commissioning, troubleshooting, training & Service/repair.
Advisesales staff and customers on new applications and provides problem solving expertise Coordinatecustomer sites visits as required to provide engineering-based solutions to issues they may be experiencing Maintainrecords, certificates and equipment for specific applications Manage the priorities of the lab implements Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Degree in chemistry, polymer science, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years plus providing front line technical customer technical support water-based adhesives & Hotmelt adhesives in Industrial adhesive and packaging. Strong hands-on experience with laboratory equipment & adhesive testing protocols Established analysis and analytical skills for problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
